Welcome to 3JM Computer Services LLC. By engaging our computer services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
3JM Computer Services LLC agrees to provide computer services as outlined in the specific project proposal or agreement. These services may include managed IT support, network security, device support, and cloud management.
The client agrees to provide necessary access to website backends, analytics accounts, and social media profiles required to perform the services. Delays in providing access may result in project timeline adjustments.
Payments for services are due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. 3JM Computer Services LLC reserves the right to pause services or withhold deliverables if payments are not made within the agreed timeframe.
Management fees charged by 3JM Computer Services LLC do not include costs payable to third-party providers (e.g., software licenses, cloud subscriptions). The client is responsible for paying these costs directly to the respective providers.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to all creative content and reports generated specifically for their engagement. 3JM Computer Services LLC retains the right to use anonymized performance data for case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, 3JM Computer Services LLC will return all client access credentials.
